Apply for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme to help cover your child's school costs. Eligible Singaporean students can apply online or via hardcopy form.
OVERVIEW
The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is to help needy Singaporean students pay essential school expenses and to ensure that no Singaporean child will be denied an education due to financial reasons. Students who are eligible for the MOE FAS have to apply using the prescribed MOE FAS application form which is available from the school or can be downloaded from the MOE website. *If the FAS application approval is not from January, the transport subsidy will be pro-rated accordingly from the month after your application is approved to December of the same year.
